Steam overlay blocks the Destiny 2 Hack menu

Disable Steam overlay for Destiny 2, then reload once — the overlay frequently captures the menu key.

In Steam → Destiny 2 → Properties, turn off the Steam overlay for that game.

Also disable Discord overlay if it is still on — both fight the menu hotkey.

Reload Destiny 2, confirm clear-to-load, then open the loader once more.

Steam overlay off for Destiny 2 only — menu key worked immediately.

Had to fully restart Steam after changing the property.

Discord was still stealing the key even with Steam off. Both needed.

Shift+Tab conflict was the giveaway. Overlay was the thief.

Per-game Steam overlay disable > global. Keeps other games intact.

Same fix as the hotkeys thread — overlays first, reinstall never.

Steam Properties → turn overlay off. Still the shortest fix.
